Terms of Service

CleanHub — Photo Cleaner & Storage Manager

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CleanHub (“the App”), developed and published by Codaapps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

CleanHub is an iOS application that helps users manage their device photo library by identifying duplicate photos, similar-looking photos, and screenshots. The App analyzes your photo library locally on your device and suggests items you may want to remove in order to free up storage space.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. User Account

CleanHub does not require you to create an account. A random, anonymous identifier is generated on your device solely for analytics and service improvement purposes. This identifier is not linked to your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information.

5. Subscription and In-App Purchases

CleanHub offers a free tier with limited functionality and a premium subscription (“CleanHub Premium”) that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases and subscriptions.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. Codaapps does not process payments or refunds directly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, or rent the App to any third party.
• Attempt to bypass or disable any security features or limitations of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to its design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Codaapps. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the Codaapps or CleanHub name or trademarks.

8. Photo Library Access

CleanHub requires access to your device's photo library to function. All photo analysis, including duplicate detection, similarity detection, and screenshot identification, is performed entirely on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers. You may revoke photo library access at any time through your device's Settings, though this will prevent the App from functioning.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CODAAPPS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CODAAPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PHOTOS, OR CONTENT ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. IN PARTICULAR, CODAAPPS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PHOTOS OR DATA THAT YOU CHOOSE TO DELETE USING THE APP. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT DELETION OF PHOTOS IS PERFORMED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codaapps and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

Codaapps reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

Codaapps may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Codaapps, or third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
