Papyrlog — Notes & Logging

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Papyrlog (“the App”), developed and published by Codaapps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Papyrlog is an iOS application that lets you create, organize, and manage notes and logs. All content you create is stored locally on your device. The App does not require an account and works without an internet connection.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. User Account

Papyrlog does not require you to create an account or sign in. The App does not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information.

5. Price

Papyrlog is provided free of charge. The App contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, in which case any applicable terms will be presented to you before any charge is made.

6. Your Content

You retain all rights to the notes, logs, and other content you create using the App (“Your Content”). Because Your Content is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us, we have no access to it and claim no ownership of it. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for maintaining your own backups of it.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to its design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Codaapps. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the Codaapps or Papyrlog name or trademarks.

9. Data and Backups

Your Content is stored locally on your device. Deleting the App will permanently remove all data associated with it. We are not responsible for any loss of Your Content resulting from device failure, loss, theft, deletion of the App, or any other cause. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of Your Content.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CODAAPPS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CODAAPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR CONTENT ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CONTENT AND FOR MAINTAINING BACKUPS OF IT.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codaapps and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

Codaapps reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

Codaapps may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Codaapps, or third parties.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
